Dear International Students,

The following are the latest MCUT regulations imposed in regard to the global COVID-19 outbreak. You are required to pay serious attention:

1. From 14th March, the CECC of Taiwan has issued the travel advisories for all countries (except the countries which are already listed as Level 2 or 3) as level 1 (Watch). In order to protect the health of all MCUT students, faculty and staff members, anyone who has been back to Taiwan from overseas within the last 14 days will be PROHIBITED to enter anywhere of school (classrooms, labs or dormitories). Therefore, for your health and study rights, you must prevent any unnecessary trips abroad from now on. You are strongly advised NOT to visit any COVID-19 affected countries and regions.
2. Every international student must report to the CIA staff immediately if there is anything wrong with your health condition and keep in
touch with us at all times.
3. From 14th March, if you or your roommates/ family members (anyone who's living with you now) go abroad or come back to Taiwan from overseas, be sure to inform the CIA asap.
4. To ensure that MCUT remains free from the infection of COVID-19,
any violations will not be tolerated. You will be punished if you don’t follow the rules announced by the school or the CEDD of Taiwan.
